Job Description

    As a Snowflake Developer at HCLTech Lucknow, you will be responsible for utilizing your 3 to 5 years of experience to contribute to our data analytics projects. Your main tasks will include analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, creating and maintaining data models, collaborating with various teams to understand data requirements, ensuring data quality through validation processes, optimizing data processes for better performance, documenting data models and flows, staying updated on the latest trends in data analysis and modeling, and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.One of your key responsibilities will be to perform detailed data analysis to uncover valuable insights that can benefit the business. You will also need to work on developing and maintaining data models that align with our business requirements and uphold data integrity. Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin, Lucid, and others will be essential for this role.Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you translate data needs into technical specifications. By implementing data quality checks and validation processes, you will ensure the accuracy and consistency of our data. Furthermore, optimizing data processing and storage solutions will be a significant part of your role to enhance performance and efficiency.Documenting data models and flows comprehensively will be necessary to maintain clarity and transparency within our projects. Staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and modeling is vital to ensure that we are utilizing the most effective methods.Your role will also involve providing actionable insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.
