Job Description

    You are a highly skilled Tech Lead specializing in .NET development, responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions using the .NET framework. Your role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications that meet business objectives.Your qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies. You should have proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, etc., and at least 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing a team of developers.As a Tech Lead, you should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
