Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter. A strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus. Database Management: Proficient in working with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and complex queries. Version Control: Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello. API Development: Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration, with experience in developing and consuming APIs. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. API Development and Integration: Led the development and integration of RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between different systems and platforms. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of applications. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in PHP development. Encourage and lead the adoption of new tools, techniques, and practices within the team. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes, ensuring that all team members have access to up-to-date information.
