Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Counsellor/Tele caller to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 2 years of experience in inbound or outbound calling. You should have the ability to effectively convert calls into meetings, which will further be managed by the Branch Manager. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English are a must, along with basic knowledge of Word and Excel.In this role, you will be responsible for operations, customer service, telecalling, and backend tasks in the CRM/CallCentres/BPO/ITES/Med.Trans and Telecom industry.
