Job Description

    As a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of metal parts. Your responsibilities will include interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine settings and specifications. You will be required to set up tools, jigs, and fixtures on the VMC machine and ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of parts.Monitoring machine operations and adjusting settings to ensure proper function will be a key aspect of your role. In addition, you may need to perform basic to intermediate CNC programming, measure and inspect finished products using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met.Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work area, conducting routine machine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues as needed are essential tasks. Recording production output and inspection reports will also be part of your responsibilities.This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule may include day shifts and rotational shifts, with opportunities for performance bonuses and shift allowances.The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
