Job Description

    Skills:Data Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Process Mapping, Problem Solving, Communication, Critical Thinking, Documentation, Stakeholder Management,Requirements Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and end-users. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes. Prepare UML diagrams, user stories, and use cases for new product/project ideas. Work closely with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure that business processes are well-documented and optimized for efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to development teams. Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysisSkill & Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Freshers Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with UML diagrams, user stories, and use cases. Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
