Job Description

    Updated NPD EngineerLocation: LudhianaSalary: 30,000-35,000Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech. in Mechanical EngineeringExperience: Minimum 3 yearsCandidate must have experience of CAPA, APQP, PPAPResponsibilities: Manage the New Product Development (NPD) process from concept to production. Prepare and maintain documentation, including CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Control Plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Analyze product designs and recommend improvements for manufacturability and cost efficiency. Monitor and report on NPD project progress and resolve any arising issues.Requirements: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CAPA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan documentation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using design and simulation software is a plus.
