Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing departments operations and ensure compliance with quality standards, including NABH guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, guide, and manage the nursing staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.Develop and monitor duty rosters, allocate workloads, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.Ensure adherence to NABH standards, including implementing policies, conducting audits, and maintaining documentation.Monitor patient care services to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff, including orientation, skill enhancement, and performance appraisals.Address patient and family concerns promptly and effectively.Oversee infection control measures and hygiene protocols in all patient care areas.Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medical supplies, medications, and equipment.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hospital operations.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing (B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing).Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with leadership exposure preferred.Strong knowledge of NABH standards and hospital accreditation processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Salary: Up to 30,000 per month.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Day shift Morning shiftExperience: total work: 7 years (Required)Work Location: In person,
