    Designation: Channel Management Executive- Last MileDepartment: B2C Xpress OperationsLocation: Visakhapatnam, Ludhiana, Shimla, Srinagar, Chennai & BangaloreExperience: 2-4 YearsRole Description: The Operations Executive role includes the following tasks: Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Creating and managing the organizations fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for last mile operations of the DC/branch. Take care of stock received and stock outward. Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments. Managing Channel Management /Franchisee management department. Training the franchisees on First mile, last mile and XB application (Last mile delivery updating Application) Improving the delivery performance by insisting the Franchisee to start the operation process Early morning. Improving the services by giving proper solutions through proper channel Follow up on COD closures. Maintaining the service center workplace with dignity and ensuring clean work place policies.Required Skills/Abilities:1. Good Excel knowledge & Data management.2.
