    Job Title: Copywriter or Content Writer from D2C or Beauty & Personal Care Industry.Experience: 3 - 5 yrsSalary: 60k pm to 70k pmJob Summary:Were seeking a talented and creative Copywriter from Beauty & Personal Care / D2C brands only. A Copywriter will play a crucial role in developing our brand voice, messaging, and content strategy to drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty.Responsibilities: Develop compelling copy: Write engaging, concise, and persuasive copy for various channels, including email, social media, websites, blogs, and advertising. Craft brand narratives: Help shape and communicate the brands value proposition, unique selling points, and mission to our target audience. Collaborate with designers and marketers: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity. Analyze and improve performance: Analyze content performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance our marketing efforts. Stay up to date with industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed about the latest marketing, branding, and industry developments to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.Requirements: 3 years of experience in Copy Writing / content writing for D2C / Beauty & Personal Care brands. Portfolio showcasing your writing and content creation skills. Strong understanding of brand storytelling, messaging, and tone of voice. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and marketers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize content performance.,
