The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets by visiting customers in person. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals. Travel to customer locations to showcase products/services, provide demonstrations, and close sales deals. Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals set by the company. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to improve sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and deals closed in the CRM system. Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Engage with potential clients post-meetings to answer questions, address concerns, and finalize sales.Requirements: Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative ( Preference FMCG), Sales Executive, or similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
