Job Description

With brands like August Bioscience and Guppy Moms, they specialize in skincare products and organic tea blends.Role Description :We are looking for an experienced Food Technologist with expertise in soft drinks and beverage formulation to join our team in Kohara, Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and improving beverage formulations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize formulations for soft drinks, energy drinks, flavored beverages, and other liquid refreshments. Conduct research on new ingredients, flavors, and technologies to enhance product quality and innovation. Ensure that formulations comply with FSSAI and other food safety regulations. Oversee product development, testing, and scale-up processes from lab to production. Work closely with the R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. Evaluate raw materials and ingredients to ensure consistency and quality. Troubleshoot formulation issues and optimize product stability, taste, and shelf life. Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, trials, and process improvements.Requirements: Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in beverage formulation and product development. Technical Skills: Knowledge of beverage ingredients, preservatives, sweeteners, emulsifiers, stabilizers, and carbonation techniques. Understanding of food safety standards, labeling requirements, and regulatory compliance.
