Job Description

    Role Overview-The role holder will be responsible for leading the sales team to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction within the US market. This role requires a strategic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure the overall success of the business in the US.Roles & Responsibilities:StrategyProviding direction to achieve the desired long-term and short-term objectives Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market. Identify key market segments and customer profiles, determining the best product offerings to drive growth and expand market share. Set and manage ambitious revenue targets, creating detailed sales plans to achieve them. Nurture and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts in the US to strengthen partnerships and ensure long-term business success. Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales strategies and capitalize on new market opportunities.OperationsExecuting the strategies to achieve the business goals * Implement credit and collection policies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO. Define and standardize lead times for processing customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Develop customer acquisition strategies to expand the customer base in the US. Drive customer retention by building and maintaining long-term, value-driven relationships with key US clients. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the resources and training to meet targets.Roles Requirements:Qualifications Bachelors Degree (BA/BBA) in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably in the home textiles or consumer goods sector.Skills and Competencies Leadership skills: Proven experience in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth in the US market. Strategic thinking: Strong ability to analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with senior clients, partners, and internal teams. Sales expertise: A history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets. Market knowledge: In-depth understanding of the US home textiles market, consumer trends, and industry dynamics. Technology proficiency: Strong proficiency with sales management software, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.,
