Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, managing budgets and forecasting ROI to drive growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and refine existing strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing performance. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and identify new customer segments.Skills Required. Bachelors degree. Proven experience in a performance marketing leadership role within the D2C / Ecommerce sector with a strong focus on digital marketing.
