Job Description

    Ensure the continuity and growth of homecare services while adhering to company protocols. Implement and enforce compliance policies across all employees to maintain operational efficiency. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive and high-quality patient care. Conduct at least two patient visits per week to strengthen relationships and gather direct feedback. Ensure the collection of client testimonials to enhance service credibility and reputation. Regularly access and analyze patient data to evaluate the effectiveness of care plans. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights to optimize patient outcomes. Facilitate access to necessary medical treatments, medications, and specialized care plans. Address patient concerns proactively to ensure seamless healthcare delivery. Serve as a liaison between patients, caregivers, and the company to enhance transparency and satisfaction. Maintain open lines of communication with patients families to address queries and concerns effectively. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to streamline and improve patient care coordination. Ensure timely intervention and communication regarding patient health updates. Oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth business operations. Manage budget allocation to optimize resources and maintain financial sustainability. Develop and maintain patient and caregiver schedules with at least a 15-day advance plan. Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs and maintain service quality.Preferred Qualifications/ Requirement Experience: Preferred experience of medical representative or a related field ( business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in healthcare or home healthcare services). Education: MBA in Healthcare, Marketing or any relevant discipline.
