Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Implement performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives. Foster a culture of growth, teamwork, and continuous learning.
