Job Description

    Job Summary: The IT Specialist for HR and Digital Transformation will play a key role inoptimizing HR processes through the integration of advanced IT solutions. This role will focus onenhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations through digitization, automation,data security, and the creation of digital learning platforms. The incumbent will also leverage AI tools,including ChatGPT, for business-critical processes, project management, and data analysis. Theposition requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of IT, HR practices, and digitaltransformation in the manufacturing sector.Key Responsibilities:1. Leveraging IT for HR Best Practices- Implement and optimize digital solutions that enhance HR processes, including employeemanagement, recruitment, and performance evaluations.- Automate and digitize HR workflows to ensure higher efficiency and reduced manualintervention.2. Digitization and Digitalization- Drive digitization & digitalization of HR-related processes, including document management,- Work with cross-functional teams to create and integrate digital tools for HR facilitation.3. In-house Learning Management System Platform- Design and develop a customized LMS platform to meet the companys training needs andemployee development goals.- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to build and implement the platform.4. Development of Mobile App-based Learning Modules- Create and manage online learning platforms and mobile apps to enhance employee skilldevelopment.- Integrate LMS to track employee training progress and assessments.- Develop customized training modules for GAL operations5. CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) Digital Documentation- Design and implement digital tools for tracking and documenting corrective actions andpreventive measures related to manufacturing and HR processes.- Develop digital forms, reports, and dashboards to ensure timely execution of CAPA initiatives.6. Audit Reports and Compliance- Create and maintain digital audit reports, ensuring all compliance and operational activitiesare documented and accessible for review.- Implement tools for real-time monitoring of HR and manufacturing operations.7. Creative Writing and AI Tools Integration- Use ChatGPT and other AI-driven creative writing tools to assist with generating projectreports, negotiation documents, and business communications.- Automate and streamline data analysis, interpretation, and reporting using AI-powered tools.8. Project Management Systems (GANTT Charts and Timelines)- Design and implement systems for tracking and managing project timelines, progress, anddeliverables.- Develop GANTT charts, track project statuses, and automate follow-up tasks and deadlines.- Create systems for documenting and following up on Minutes of Meetings (MoM) andensuring actions are completed.9. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Integration- Work closely with the HR, IT, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of ITsolutions across departments.- Help identify areas where technology can improve operational efficiency and businessprocesses.10. Support Manufacturing Operations- Identify IT solutions that can enhance the manufacturing process, such as automation tools,production scheduling, and quality control software.- Assist in the integration of data-driven decision-making tools for optimizing production andreducing downtime.11. Reporting and Analytics- Develop real-time dashboards and analytics reports to provide insights into HR operations,training effectiveness, employee engagement, and manufacturing performance.- Analyze data trends and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.12. Other IT-related Tasks:- Support various IT projects, including the setup and maintenance of software tools, securityprotocols, and system integrations across departments.- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements to recommend innovative solutionsfor the company.Required Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, orrelated field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on HR systems, digitaltransformation, and manufacturing environments. Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), LMS platforms, and ITsecurity best practices.- Proficiency in data encryption, system integrations, and mobile app development for learningplatforms.- Experience with project management tools (e.g., GANTT charts, task management software).- Familiarity with AI-based tools such as ChatGPT for business writing, data analysis, and reporting.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Day shiftLanguage: English (Required)Work Location: In person,
