Job Description

    Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in various HR functions and a proven track record of supporting organizational goals through effective HR practices.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture. Assist in resolving employee issues and mediating conflicts as needed. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating timelines, training managers, and tracking completion rates. Provide guidance to managers on performance management strategies. Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in the development of training programs. Coordinate employee training sessions and track participation and effectiveness. HR Administration: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company policies. Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics for management review. Compensation and Benefits: Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure that HR practices align with labor laws and regulations.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources or a related role. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
