Job Description

    Job Title: Architect / Architectural DesignerArchHub Architects is seeking a skilled and creative Architect / Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for design to contribute to diverse projects from concept to completion.Responsibilities: Develop and present architectural designs and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Create detailed construction documentation and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Utilize 3D modeling to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. Collaborate with project teams on space planning and layout optimization. Implement and manage BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes for project coordination. Oversee project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project management goals.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software. Strong knowledge of building codes and construction documentation. Excellent space planning and design problem-solving skills. Experience with BIM and 3D modeling is highly desirable.
