Job Description

    Job Title: IT Device and Security AdministratorLocation: Ludhiana, Punjab, IndiaWe are seeking a skilled IT Device and Security Administrator to oversee and manage our companys IT infrastructure, focusing on employee devices, security protocols, and backend operations. This role will support both remote and in-office employees, ensuring secure and efficient technology usage across the organization.Responsibilities: Configure, deploy, and manage devices for employees, ensuring they have secure and efficient access to company resources. Implement and monitor security protocols, including antivirus software, firewalls, and other security tools to protect company data and devices. Maintain and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring a reliable connection for both in-office and remote employees. Provide technical support for employees, resolving hardware and software issues quickly to minimize downtime. Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels based on role and location (remote or in-office). Monitor and manage data backups and recovery plans to safeguard company information. Track and maintain inventory of IT assets, ensuring all devices are up-to-date and comply with company policies. Document IT processes and provide training to employees on best practices for device security and usage.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in IT support, device management, or security administration. Familiarity with managing both Windows and macOS environments. Knowledge of network and security tools, including firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with employees in both remote and in-office settings.
