As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and assisting in hiring decisions. Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
