Job Description

    OverviewThe Key Account Manager (Overseas B2B) plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important international customers. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is essential in driving revenue growth, and maintaining long-term partnerships with key clients in overseas markets.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key overseas B2B clients Understand clients business needs and objectives to deliver value-added solutions Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance companys market presence Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and track customer account metrics Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers Stay updated with market trends and competitors activities Prepare regular reports on account status and sales activities Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales targets Resolve customer issues and ensure prompt issue resolution Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as necessaryRequired Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role in overseas B2B sales Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a customer-centric focus Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Willingness to travel internationally as needed Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Fluency in multiple languages is a plusSkills: b2b,negotiation,international business practices,reporting,international business,customer satisfaction,ms office proficiency,study abroad,sales,business development,market trends analysis,problem-solving,communication,crm software proficiency,multilingual fluency,communication skills,relationship management,strategic planning,
