Job Description

    Job description:- As a food technologist, he/she will be responsible for new product development and looking after the whole process of development.- Sourcing of raw materials will be there so that the best quality of raw material can be available within TAT.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate new product concepts based on market trends, consumer insights and business goals.- Vendor Management will also be there.- Develop and document manufacturing procedures, specifications, and quality control measures for new products.- Foster collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams.- Design and execute experiments to develop product formulations that meet sensory, nutritional, and cost targets.- Source and evaluate ingredients for functionality, quality, and availability, ensuring compatibility with production processes.- Conduct research on emerging ingredients, flavors, and culinary techniques to inspire innovative product ideas.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person,
