Job Description

    OverviewAn orthopedic surgeon with MS/ DNB qualification is required to join our leading healthcare facility in Ludhiana, Punjab. The role is crucial for providing advanced orthopedic care to patients, performing surgical procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the orthopedic department.Key responsibilities Performing orthopedic surgeries to treat musculoskeletal conditions. Conducting patient consultations and clinical evaluations to diagnose orthopedic issues. Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Utilizing advanced surgical techniques to address fractures, joint replacements, and other orthopedic conditions. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Utilizing diagnostic imaging for accurate assessment of orthopedic conditions. Participating in continuous medical education and staying updated with the latest orthopedic advancements. Participating in research projects and contributing to academic activities in the field of orthopedics. Ensuring compliance with medical and ethical standards in patient care. Training and mentoring medical staff, residents, and interns.Required Qualifications MD/DNB in Orthopedic Surgery from a recognized institution. Valid medical license to practice as an orthopedic surgeon. Proven experience in performing orthopedic surgeries and procedures. Extensive knowledge of orthopedic conditions, treatments, and surgical techniques. Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills in orthopedic care. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective patient interaction and collaboration with medical teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Commitment to ongoing professional development and medical research in the field of orthopedics. Capability to mentor and train medical staff and students.
