Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant PPC (Production Planning and Control) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the fasteners industry and a strong background in working with OEMs.Exeperience 8-10 yearsSalary 40000 45000 PMWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. PPC executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the fasteners industry and a strong background in working with OEMs.Key Responsibilities:-Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing the use of resources (labor, machines, and materials).-Collaborate with different departments (e.g., procurement, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth production processes.-Create and monitor production forecasts, adjusting plans as needed based on capacity, material availability, and lead times.-Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials for production.-Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials, avoiding production delays.-Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery.-8 to 10 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or control in a manufacturing environment.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proven experience in production planning, control, or operations management (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment).
