Job Description

    Company DescriptionNano Tech Chemical Brothers is Established in 1996 a Specialty Chemicals Company located in Ludhiana, Punjab. We focus on providing high-quality products tailored to meet the needs of our customers in Textiles, Industrial Rubber Production, Thread Lubricants, and Personal Care markets.Job Responsibilities :1. Timely Procurement and Documentation Ensure on-time procurement as per lead times for domestic and Import/international orders. Verify invoices, ensure correct approvals, and accurate documentation. Oversee and ensure correct handling of customs clearance documentation. Resolve any quality/quantity or cost mismatches in procurement. Minimize errors in invoice checking and reduce delays due to documentation issues.2. Purchase Planning Develop purchase plans to prevent stock outs and ensure optimal inventory levels. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate better terms, including extended credit days.3. Cost-Saving Initiatives Implement cost-saving strategies in collaboration with suppliers. Analyze and report on savings achieved through procurement actions4. Process Improvement Continuously improve procurement processes, reducing lead times for domestic and international procurement (by sea/air). Streamline procurement workflows to eliminate bottlenecks.Qualifications & Experience: B Com/BBA or Post Graduate degree or diploma in Materials / Supply Chain / Export-Import Management. Preferably 7 to 12 years experience in Purchase & Imports. Preferably having experience of handling Purchase of at least Rs. 50 Crores per annum and Imports Purchase is must. Experience of Purchase in the Chemical / Paints industry will be an advantage.Skills & Knowledge:Functional Skills : Working Knowledge of Purchase & Import process & procedures.Computer Skills : Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and EMail (Office or Gmail), Tally, ERP.Salary: upto 8.4 LPAInterested candidates cab also share their cv at hidden_email or Call hidden_mobile,
