Our institute is committed to delivering comprehensive coaching programs designed to help students excel in their academic and entrance exam preparations.Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and executing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, attracting students, and building strong relationships with schools, tuition teachers, and educational institutions. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in promoting our courses, building partnerships, and ensuring our institutes visibility in the target market.Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the institutes entrance exam preparation courses (for medical and engineering). Design and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to reach out to students, parents, schools, and tuition teachers. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including school principals, teachers, tuition center owners, and education counselors. Organize meetings and presentations with schools and tuition teachers to promote our institutes services. Collaborate with the academic team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with educational offerings and student needs. Brand Promotion: Increase visibility and brand awareness through local and regional marketing activities (school visits, educational events, seminars, and workshops). Design and manage promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content. Represent the brand at various educational fairs, events, and seminars. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, student preferences, and educational trends. Analyze customer feedback and competitor strategies to identify new marketing opportunities. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion, and overall campaign effectiveness. Lead Generation & Student Enrollment: Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective students for medical and engineering entrance exam coaching. Manage the student enrollment process by collaborating with the admissions team to ensure smooth conversion of leads into enrollments. Follow up with leads generated through school visits, events, and other marketing activities. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in the education sector or services related to entrance examinations. Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and lead generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in educational institutions. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, social media platforms, email campaigns, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with content creation and basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is a plus.Key Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for education and student success.
