Job Description

    Manager Sales (Industrial Plot Sales experience Required Only)Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team specializing in Industrial plot sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals for industrial plots within our portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, a good understanding of the real estate industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, networking, referrals, and cold calling.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing prompt responses to inquiries, and offering personalized solutions.Property Presentations: Conduct detailed presentations and site visits to showcase industrial plots, highlighting their features, benefits, and potential for clients business operations.Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions for both the company and the client. Overcome objections, address concerns, and offer suitable solutions to facilitate successful transactions.Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to industrial plot sales. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to enhance sales strategies and improve business competitiveness.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales documents, contracts, and agreements. Maintain proper records of all sales activities, including client interactions, follow-ups, and deal closures. Generate regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns. Coordinate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure smooth transaction processes.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Address customer concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction to promote positive word-ofmouth referrals and repeat business.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Real estate industry or industrial plot sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Knowledge of Real Estate: Solid understanding of the real estate market, specifically in industrial plot sales. Familiarity with zoning regulations, property valuation, land use, and related legal aspects is a plus.Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and target-oriented individual with a proactive approach to sales. Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales activities.Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.Market Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in the real estate sector.Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to leverage technology for lead generation, sales tracking, and reporting.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
