    Job Role: Tech Lead - MERN/MEAN Stack with React Native and Next.jsJob Location: Ludhiana, HyderabadExperience Required: 6 Years (2 years in a leadership role)Expertise Required: Multi-tasking, Technical Expertise, Leadership, Scheduling & Time Management, Critical Thinking & Problem-SolvingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative web and mobile applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), React Native, and Next.js. The Tech Lead will serve as a technical expert and mentor, guiding a talented team of developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards.Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and performance. Conducted code reviews and provided constructive feedback to ensure code quality. Identify and address training needs to support team growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints. Design scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures for web and mobile platforms. Optimize performance and scalability while adhering to security and compliance standards. Ensure proper integration between frontend, backend, and databases. Implement rigorous testing processes to maintain high software quality. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing technical solutions that meet their needs. Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to minimize project disruptions.Must-Have Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in React.js, Angular.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI. Expertise in React Native for cross-platform mobile app development. Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, WebSockets. In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Mongoose, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms. Proficiency in microservices architecture, serverless computing, and cloud-native application design. Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong understanding of security best practices, secure coding standards, and performance optimization. Experience in end-to-end application development, including frontend, backend, database, and deployment.Good-to-Have Skills Knowledge of TypeScript and its integration with React.js and Node.js. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai. Familiarity with GraphQL for API development. Understanding of SEO optimization in Next.js applications.
