Job Description

    Position: TGT/PGT English TeacherLocation: Multiple Locations across PunjabJob Type: Full-timeExperience: 3-5 years of relevant teaching experienceJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and highly skilled TGT/PGT English teacher with exceptional communication skills to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the English language and literature, along with the ability to effectively teach students at various levels. The role requires the candidate to have a flexible approach and the willingness to relocate to any city within Punjab as required.Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the curriculum for both TGT and PGT levels. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students can reach their full potential. Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and educational materials to enhance learning. Stay up-to-date with developments in English literature and language teaching techniques. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership. Ensure classroom management is maintained and that students are encouraged to actively participate in discussions. Provide additional support and resources for students who need help improving their English skills. Be flexible and willing to relocate to any city in Punjab as per school requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in English (B.A/M.A) with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in English, preferably in a school setting. Proven ability to teach English at the TGT/PGT level. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to use a variety of teaching methods and technology to support student learning. Passion for literature and a deep understanding of the English language. Excellent classroom management skills and ability to engage students.
