Job Description

    Role Overview:The Buddy Trainer will be responsible for training counter staff on product knowledge, willing to Travel, familiar with GT format, assisting in sales during peak hours and Managing BA and New BA data. Additionally, they will ensure timely feedback is provided to the team for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities: Product Training: Conduct on-the-counter product training for new and existing staff. Ensure all team members are well-versed in product benefits, usage, and selling points. Keep the team updated on new launches, promotions, and offers. Sales Monitoring & Support: Observe and guide staff to enhance their sales techniques. Assist in driving sales and meeting targets during busy periods. Help in upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue. Customer Engagement: Ensure a seamless customer experience by guiding staff on interaction and product recommendations. Address customer concerns and provide real-time solutions. Feedback & Reporting: Collect feedback from staff and customers regarding products, sales challenges, and market trends. Share insights with the team to improve sales strategies and training methods. Report any operational issues or gaps to management.RequirementsRequirements: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in retail sales or training roles (preferably in skincare/beauty). Skills: Strong communication and training abilities. Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service. Ability to work under pressure and assist in sales when required. Personality: Proactive and approachable. Passionate about beauty/skincare products. Team player with leadership qualities.,
