Job Description

    Your role involves proactively recruiting new qualifying partners and establishing productive relationships with key personnel. You will coordinate with company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and sales targets. Additionally, you will lead partner planning processes, assess partner needs, and drive adoption of company programs through partner organizations.Key Responsibilities:- Proactively recruit new qualifying partners- Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts- Coordinate company resources to meet partner performance objectives- Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives- Lead partner planning processes and develop mutual performance objectives- Assess and validate partner needs continuously- Sell through partner organizations to end users- Ensure partner compliance with agreements- Drive adoption of company programs among partnersQualifications Required:- Strong commitment to completing tasks on time- Ability to develop strong relationships and influence sales partners- Excellent organizational and planning skills- Customer service focus with problem-solving abilities- Negotiation skills and a 3-year college degree- Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in a B2B environment- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Willingness to travel 50%-75% within the stateAdditionally, you should have channel management experience and the ability to lead a team of dealer salespeople. You will be required to meet B2B customers individually and with dealer salespeople to achieve sales targets.The company offers health insurance, internet reimbursement, life insurance, and Provident Fund benefits.
