Job Description

    As a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at our Madurai branch, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Providing information about products and services to customers- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targetsThe qualifications required for this position include:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations- Degree or post-graduate qualification- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environmentIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and relationship management, we invite you to submit your updated CV for consideration.
