Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Zoho Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho solutions to meet diverse business requirements. Your expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, and other Zoho applications will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of these platforms within the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Zoho Implementation & Customization - Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Desk, Creator, Books, and other Zoho apps. - Develop and automate workflows, blueprints, and custom business processes. - Customize reports, dashboards, and modules within Zoho applications. - Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools via APIs and webhooks.- Business Process Optimization - Analyze existing business workflows and propose Zoho-based automation solutions. - Utilize Deluge scripting, Zoho Flow, and workflow automation to enhance processes. - Implement Zoho tools for lead management, sales automation, customer service, and finance operations.- Data Management & Reporting - Migrate and cleanse data from legacy systems or other CRMs into Zoho. - Develop advanced reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics and other tools. - Ensure data integrity, security, and implement user access control.Qualification Required:- Technical Skills - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and related applications. - Proficiency in Deluge scripting, API integration, and workflow automation. - Experience in customizing modules, layouts, dashboards, and workflows. - Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Customer Support. - Familiarity with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, Zoho Sign, and Zoho Mail is a plus.- Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Good documentation and time management skills.Note: The job type is Full-time, Permanent.,
