Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for participating in or leading meetings with clients to understand the scope of work for technical proposal development and winning projects. You will also be involved in effort estimation of projects based on the scope of work and submitting technical and commercial proposals to clients. Additionally, you will participate in meetings or communication with clients to clarify proposals and negotiate to onboard projects. Your role will also include handing over awarded projects to the production team.Key Responsibilities:- Understanding the clients requirements and preparing technical questionnaires- Performing effort estimates for project offers to submit to clients- Having BIM Modeling/coordination/shop drawings experience in Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection services- Working in USA/Canada/UK/Middle East/Singapore/Japan countries- Analyzing customer tenders/client requirements and technical specifications- Communicating effectively with clients through speaking and writing- Participating in meetings with clients to clarify proposals and negotiate project onboardingQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering- Minimum 3-4 years of BIM experience in Pinnacle Software- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office- Good analytical and interpersonal skillsNote: The job is full-time, on-site in Madurai with a salary commensurate with experience and skills.,
