Job Description

Your Madurai office is expanding, and you are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join your dynamic team.As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company. This includes tasks such as bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations, coordinating with external auditors, preparing and filing statutory returns and financial reports, and supporting the management with financial analysis and reporting as needed.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A qualification like M.Com, CA Inter, or similar is preferred. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial accounting role, be proficient in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar, have a strong understanding of Indian taxation and financial regulations, excellent MS Excel skills, attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and good communication skills in English and Tamil.,
