Job Description

    The HR Operations & Engagement Executive role at our IT service company in Madurai requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience. As an HR Operations & Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and enhance employee engagement.Your responsibilities will include managing the employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits. You will be in charge of maintaining and updating HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems. Additionally, you will handle HR compliance, policies, and documentation, as well as support performance management and appraisal processes. Collaboration with internal teams for IT asset allocation, ID cards, and system access for new employees will also be part of your role.In terms of employee engagement, you will be required to plan and execute engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs. Conducting surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and proposing enhancements will be essential. You will also organize rewards & recognition programs to foster a positive work environment and act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.Furthermore, you will assist in internal communication efforts and be involved in preparing newsletters to keep employees informed.
