This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience in a relevant field. The role involves supporting various HR functions to enhance our organizational development and employee engagement.Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in end to end recruitment, particularly in blue collar hiring (Mandatory skill). Solid understanding of HR principles and practices, especially in a generalist capacity. Experience in the e-commerce sector with a solid grasp of industry-specific HR challenges. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees across all levels. Ability to analyze HR metrics and develop actionable insights for strategic planning. Proficiency in using HRIS and other relevant HR tools and systems.
