Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to oversee our city operations in Madurai. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading the local team, driving business growth, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in expanding our business and enhancing operational efficiency.Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the city team, which encompasses drivers, marketing, and customer service. You will be tasked with driving business growth through partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and strategic planning. Setting goals and KPIs for each department, analyzing operational data, and implementing improvements will be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality standards, and collaborating with the head office for reporting and executing city-level strategies will be essential to your success.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) and have at least 3 years of experience in operations or team management, with a preference for a background in transportation or logistics. Strong leadership and communication skills, business acumen, and a problem-solving mindset are qualities that we value in our ideal candidate.
