Job Description

    As a Patient Counselor, your role will involve consulting with patients and family members to discuss their health problems. You will be responsible for educating patients about their condition, medication, and providing them with specific instructions. Additionally, you will develop a care plan to address their personal health care needs. It will be essential for you to consult and collaborate with other health care providers and specialists to set up patient appointments and treatment plans. Monitoring the progress of the patient regularly and evaluating and documenting their progress will also be part of your key responsibilities.Qualifications Required:- Bsc/Msc Psychology degree- 3 to 5 years of experience in the fieldAdditional Details:The company is specifically looking for candidates who are proficient in English and Tamil languages. Only female candidates are being considered for this role.Please note that this is a full-time position based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience in a similar role.
