Job Description

    You will be playing a critical role in the fashion and textile industry as a Pattern Master with 3 to 5 years of experience in textile pattern making. Your primary responsibility will be to create and design patterns for textiles, garments, and fabric prints. Your key roles and responsibilities will include pattern creation and development, fabric and textile selection, measuring and sizing, pattern drafting and drawing, prototyping and sample making, collaborating with designers and technicians, quality control and refinement, production coordination, trend research and innovation, as well as training and supervising staff.To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of textiles and garment construction, proficiency in pattern-making software such as Adobe Illustrator and CAD for textiles, excellent attention to detail, strong mathematical and geometric skills for accurate measurements, creativity, and the ability to work within the vision of a designer, as well as good communication skills for collaboration and feedback.This is a full-time job with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is in the day shift with a yearly bonus. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelors degree and a preferred experience of 3 years in pattern making. Additionally, an AutoCAD certification is preferred. The work location is in person.,
