Job Description

    Join Our Growing Team at Hasinnov!Are you a talented Quantity Surveying Professional looking for new opportunities in Madurai, India Hasinnov, a startup cost consultant across the GCC countries and India, is expanding its operations in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Were seeking passionate individuals in different levels to join our India office and help us establish a strong presence in across GCC and Indian region.Key Responsibilities:Accurately measure quantities and verify Tender BOQ against actual measurement drawings.Present variances between Tender BOQ and Drawings with detailed justifications to the client. (Markup drawings and Detailed measurement sheets).Prepare Variation quantity takeoff between IFC and contract drawings.Track drawing changes and effectively communicate them through quantities.Proficiency in preparing BOQ using POMI, SMM7 standards (NRM3 experience is an advantage).Proficient in AUTOCAD and Planswift for quantity takeoff (Revit and Costx knowledge is an advantage).Understand and meet client requirements effectively.Ability to work under pressure with strong communication skills.Specific Requirements:Senior Quantity Surveyor:Minimum 8 years of experience handling GCC projects from Indian consultancy.Capable of independently managing projects and supervising a team of at least 3 Quantity Surveyors.Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Senior Level):Minimum 5 years of experience.Ability to handle tasks independently.Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate Level):Minimum 3 years of experience.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma in Civil.Experience in Residential & Commercial buildings, Interior fit-out, and Infrastructure projects.Proficiency in standard methods of measurement - POMI, SMM7.Preference for candidates with experience in GCC projects from Indian companies.Package:Competitive compensation package with additional benefits.Job Location:Madurai, Tamil Nadu.Were looking for professionals ready to embrace the vibrant culture of Madurai for the long term.
