Job Description

    Were searching for a driven and ambitiousAssistantSales Manager to join our Retail Banking team.In this exciting role, youll play a key role in acquiring new customers for a variety of our retail banking products and services.Youll build relationships with potential customers, understand their financial needs, and present our solutions in a clear and compelling way.What youll do:
    • Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable bank accounts, savings plans, loans, or other financial products.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
    • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the banks products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings.
    • Participate in training programs to continuously develop your sales skills and product knowledge.

    • 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, but strong performers from other industries are also welcome.
    • A genuine passion for sales and a proven ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
    • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
