Job Description

    You will act as the customer-facing Front Office owner for assigned Global OEMs and key distributors, ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash coordination, high-quality customer experience, and effective issue resolution through strong collaboration across supply chain, sales, finance, and support teams.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the single point of contact for customers across the Order-to-Cash process- Coordinate end-to-end order execution with the Customer Service Support Office- Manage customer communication, order status updates, delivery commitments, and service queries- Handle customer complaints in a structured and solution-oriented manner- Coordinate with Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Control Tower, Sales, Finance, and Support OfficeQualifications Required:- Any Graduate- 3 5 Years of ExperienceAdditional Details:The company is looking for candidates with hands-on experience with SAP & ERP, knowledge of Service Cloud (Salesforce experience is an added advantage) or any CRM tool related to customer relationship management, experience in supply planning and customer service, and strong stakeholder management skills.
