Youll collaborate with designers to translate their concepts into precise patterns for garments. Your role involves ensuring accurate sizing, fit, and style details. Additionally, you may be tasked with making adjustments based on feedback, conducting fittings, and collaborating with production teams to streamline the manufacturing process. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of garment construction are essential for success in this role.CAD Pattern Master for Bra Specialist (Bonding Style)Role & Responsibilities:As a CAD Pattern Master in our organization, your key responsibilities encompass the following:1. Pattern Creation:Utilize CAD software to develop accurate and detailed digital patterns for various garments, ensuring precision in sizing and fit. He will have good knowledge of seamless pattern.2. Collaboration with Designers:Work closely with designers to interpret their concepts and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing digital patterns.3. Fit Analysis:Conduct thorough fit analyses and adjustments to achieve optimal garment fit, taking into consideration design specifications and industry standards.4. Feedback Incorporation:Responsively address and incorporate feedback from designers and other stakeholders, ensuring patterns align with creative visions and production requirements.5. Prototyping and Sampling:Collaborate with sample makers to create physical prototypes, participating in fittings and making necessary adjustments to refine patterns for final production.6. Technical Documentation:Maintain detailed records of patterns, specifications, and adjustments, contributing to the creation of comprehensive technical documentation.7. Quality Assurance:Verify and ensure the accuracy of patterns to meet quality and performance standards, identifying and resolving potential issues in the production phase.8. Communication with Production Teams:Collaborate with production teams to facilitate a seamless transition from digital patterns to physical garments, addressing any technical challenges that may arise.9. Technology Proficiency:Stay updated on advancements in CAD software and pattern-making techniques, continually improving skills to enhance efficiency and accuracy.10.
