Job Description

OverviewWe are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to help us communicate visually with the world for the various brands that are a part of our ever-expanding business. Our ideal candidate must be able to think of new approaches for communicating ideas to consumers. They must be able to develop unique designs and create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, that convey a recognizable meaning on behalf of the brand.We are looking for a person who can take on the responsibility of developing the overall aesthetic for our brands, layouts, and production design for all print and published media. The individual should be able to work autonomously in a high-growth environment and have the ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully.Key Duties This role would require you to study design briefs and determine requirements. Conceptualize visuals, prepare rough drafts, and present ideas based on requirements and develop illustrations, logos and. other designs using software or by hand. Come up with interesting and innovative ideas to develop advertising campaigns, set designs, or layout options. Create social media posts, graphics for all online platforms, and marketing materials (digital and print media). Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic to ensure that the final designs and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Amend designs after feedback. Test graphics across various media. An important part of the role is to work with social media managers and other teammates to produce final designs. You will also be required to give your inputs on scheduling projects and defining budget constraints so that the team can plan and prioritize projects accordingly.Experience and Skills We require individuals with a distinct aesthetic and a business mindset who understand the importance of brand showcasing. Adept at Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other graphic design tools. Possess solid knowledge and experience in animation, videography, and video editing. Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate recommendations made by the team. Balancing competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines is critical for this job profile. Have experience in banner, catalogue and packaging creations. An understanding of how messages, ideas and products can be communicated through creative designs. We are looking for an individual who remains up to date with new softwares and trends.Preference Proven graphic designing experience of at least 3 years. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. Familiarity with the latest design softwares and technologies, including Canva. A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus,
