Job Description

Establishing & strengthening relationship with branch manager & staffs to gain leads
Prospecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis
Increasing banks customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branchs customer base
Creating awareness and motivate bank employees to recommend life insurance products to bank customers
Delivering consistently on set goals

Minimum of 1 year experience in field sales
Stability - spent at least 1 year in the current organization
Interested in working for the Bancassurance channel Some other important criteria
Knowledge Required: Knowledge about BFSI industry Sales (preferably in bancassurance sales in Bank), or any product sales, field sales, FMCG Sales, Pharma product Sales etc
Location knowledge : Candidate to be local or Native / Must have area knowledge to easy communication Skills Required: Effective Communication, Influencing & Negotiation skills
Age: 21 to 35 years
Behavioral Competencies: Customer Centricity, Result Orientation, Relationship Management, Sales Capability & Problem Solving
