Job Description

    - Create and post job vacancies on relevant platforms. Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with department heads. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training. Provide guidance and counselling to employees as needed. Manage company Housekeeping and Support System. Attendance Management. Celebrations and activities . Provide feedback to employees and managers on performance. Manage Training and Development Process. Collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning. Update and maintain Employee master data . Motivate employees by giving reward and awards. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Assist employees with benefits-related queries and claims. Manage the reporting and investigation of workplace incidents. Implement strategies to retain key talent. within the organisation. Generate reports on HR metrics for management. Establish channels for employee feedback and suggestions. Joining and Exit formalities. Complete necessary documentation for departing employees. Letters issuance .Candidate Requirements:- Male/ Female Both can Apply. Candidate should have experience in HR Department with HR practices. In case of Female , But Married females preferable. Should be MBA in HR.
