Job Description

    As an experienced HR professional joining our team for the RPO project in Mohali, you will be immersed in a candidate-driven market. Your motivation and tenacity will be key to keeping up with the fast pace of BPO Recruitment, stakeholder management, and client management.Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment: You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle hiring process for BPO roles like customer support, telesales, and technical support.- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various methods such as job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.- Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, telephonic interviews, and skill evaluations to ensure alignment with job requirements.- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers, clients, and HR teams to meet hiring needs and expectations.- Offer Management: Negotiate salaries, close offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.- Database & Reporting: Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and provide regular reports on recruitment status, key metrics, and challenges.Qualifications Required:- Experience: 1-6 years of experience in BPO recruitment, handling high-volume hiring from RPO setups, staffing agencies, or in-house BPO recruitment teams.- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the BPO domain with knowledge of hiring for international process voice, non-voice, and technical roles.
