Job Description

    We are hiring Customer Service Executives (Voice Process) with at least 1 year of experience in handling customer calls and delivering excellent service. The role involves managing inbound/outbound voice interactions, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
    • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
    • Maintain high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction
    • Record customer interactions and update details in CRM systems
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues as per defined procedures
    • Achieve individual and team KPIs (AHT, CSAT, QA, FCR, etc.)
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Education: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline)
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Voice Process (mandatory)
    • Languages:
      • Good English communication.

    • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
    • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
    • Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
    • Ability to handle challenging customers calmly
    • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
